Shipping Policy and Rates

Shipping is currently only available within the United States. All in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of your payment. All items are sent first class via USPS (these orders do not include tracking numbers). Shipping rates:

1 shirt: $3.50
2 shirts: $5.50
3 shirts: $7.50
4 shirts: $9.00
5-8 shirts: $10.00

If you plan to order more than 8 shirts, please contact pinkSQRL directly to place your order.

Please note that more shipping options, including expedited shipping and international shipping, may soon be available – we’re currently working out the kinks!

Out of Stock Policy

Currently the pinkSQRL online shopping system is not directly connected to inventory. Whenever a shirt size has sold out, every effort will be made to update the site to accurately reflect the available sizes as soon as possible. If somehow you place an order for an item that is no longer in-stock, you will be contacted directly asking if you would like to get a different item or received a refund. If an additional run is planned for your item, you will also be given the option to wait on back order until the item is available.

Return & Exchange Policy

There are no refunds for pinkSQRL merchandise. If you receive an item in damaged/defective condition, you may send it back to be exchanged for a replacement within 30 days of date of purchase. You may also exchange an item for another size as long as it is within 30 days of date of purchase. Items that are worn, dirty, or otherwise not in re-sellable condition will not be exchanged. If your item is received in damaged/defective condition and there is not a replacement item in stock, you may receive a refund.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us and specify the issue with your item and whether you would like a replacement or an exchange for a different size.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return for items that are worn, dirty, or otherwise not in re-sellable condition. An item received in this condition will not be returned and a replacement will not be issued.

No Refunds Policy

There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by pinkSQRL is sold as-is without any guarantee. By making a purchase with pinkSQRL, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

No Warranty Policy

Products sold by pinkSQRL are not under warranty. Customer accepts all responsibility for merchandise received by pinkSQRL in new, non-defective condition. Per the Returns & Exchanges Policy, items that are received by the customer in defective/damaged condition may be exchanged, but no warranty is expressed or implied for the condition or utility of any merchandise once it is received by the customer in new, non-defective condition. By placing an order with pinkSQRL, you are confirming that you have read and understand our No Warranty Policy.
